Located a short 90 minute drive from Brisbane or 120 minutes from the Gold Coast, Bestbrook offers the perfect opportunity to take a break from the city and enjoy relaxed country living. Nestled among the rolling hills of the Great Dividing Range and straddling the Gap Creek, just a few minutes from the World Heritage listed Main Range National Park and it's great choice of spectacular walking trails. Most weekends we have free demonstrations of milking cows, separating milk, making butter, billy tea and damper making and a brief presentation on the local history by Cyril or Bruce followed by a free tour of Bestbrook on the Bestbrook Rattler including boomerang throwing and whip cracking. Horse riding is a speciality with parent led rides for the children or lessons and 1 or 2 hour trail rides.
