Wayne believes safety is the number one priority, and passes this on to all employees. Wayne has excellent management skills and is an extraordinary leader and motivator. His knowledge of the drilling industry and equipment is invaluable. In 2011, he moved into the role of Operations Manager. Throughout his career John has excelled at every position held both within and without the drilling industry. He is an special communicator and leader, and provides constant encourage and advice to all team members within the company. John holds safety in the highest regard and believes in surpassing the traditional safetyonpaper approach of most drilling and exploration companies. This ensures everyone returns home to their families, safe and intact. Robert began his career at Depco Drilling in 1998 as a Driller. Active his way up to Area Supervisor, he continues to periodically operate rigs and yield training advice to Drillers and Drillers Assistants. He has always worked with confidence and reliability within the drilling environment. Robert is one of our more experienced drillers, providing consistent, quality training and mentoring for our crews. He has demonstrated ability to monitor hazards, communicate information and supervise other crew members, as well as follows site and regulatory safe operation requirements.
